1.How we deliver: After placing the order, we will deliver the product to the customer in the game, usually, our delivery time is within 24 hours.
2.We only accept refund requests under the following conditions: Buyers did not receive their orders. The product has not yet been delivered or is only partially delivered;The product received by the buyer did not match the product description.
3.The refund policy does not include the following: The buyer has verified and confirmed the order;Buyer provides wrong or incomplete information;Transactions made outside of Gameusd;Buyer dissatisfied with product, remorse, wrong purchase;Any modifications made by the game developer/game publisher after a successful delivery.
4.Gameusd does not cover fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend buyers' accounts for making fraudulent claims
5.The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased products and/or services if the Buyer does not make or submit a claim, question, and/or complaint to Gameusd within 72 hours of delivery of the purchased products and/or services. Gameusd will not refund orders that are finalized and completed.
6.In case of a transaction dispute, the buyer has 72 hours to respond to Gameusd support and provide evidence for verification. If the buyer fails to do so within the stipulated time, we will consider the issue resolved and close the dispute.
Return Policy
Once the transaction is completed, there is no return. By completing the transaction, you agree to accept the item and complete the transaction.
Do not return the in-game item under any circumstances, even for the same character you just traded with. Only scammers will ask for an item to be returned, and if you return an item, you will be solely responsible for your actions.
